KAP is een ERVARING! Een energetisch persoonlijk ontwikkelings “tool” om thuis bij jezelf te komen.

Het doel van KAP – Kundalini Activation Process – is om de beste versie van jezelf te worden. Om je thuis te voelen in je lichaam én geest. De Kundalini energie in jouw lichaam wordt geactiveerd op een bij jou passend tempo. Iedere sessie is anders en je ontvangt altijd precies wat je nodig hebt: een intens gevoel van geluk, méér energie, het loslaten van oude emoties of een meditatief gevoel van rust, een gevoel dat alles goed is.

Tijdens een KAP open class lig je (in comfortabele kleding) met gesloten ogen op een yogamat. Er wordt muziek gedraaid om je in verschillende sferen te brengen. De KAP facilitator geeft de kundalini energie aan je door. Dit gebeurd zowel door je fysiek aan te raken op chakra-punten op je lichaam als door de energie in beweging te brengen rondom je lichaam.

Deze sessie vindt plaats in Het Aardehuis, Mejuffrouw Boomplein 4 in Bussum.

The Kundalini energy within your body is activated at a pace that suits you. Every session is different, and you always receive exactly what you need: an intense feeling of happiness, more energy, the release of old emotions, or a meditative sense of calm—a feeling that everything is as it should be.

During a KAP open class, you lie down (in comfortable clothing) with your eyes closed on a yoga mat. Music is played to guide you through different atmospheres. The KAP facilitator transmits Kundalini energy to you. This happens both through physical touch on chakra points on your body and by activating the energy flow around your body.
